About us
Our mission and how we work
We are a community that combines practical experience (training, tactical medicine, rescue operations) with systemic thinking about national security. We co-create the common defence concept, working with public institutions as well as civil society organisations and business.
Our mission has several dimensions:
- conceptual – we develop models of the National Defence System, map the roles of individual actors (the state, local governments, PZSO, SMEs), and prepare proposals for programmes and standards,
- educational – we create materials and lesson plans, and support the development of “Education for Safety” and adult training,
- training – we take part in practical courses (TCCC, shooting, basics of crisis response), in cooperation with, among others, the FR Paramedyk – TCCC 2025 community, the origin of the presentation “The role of common defence in shaping national security”.
In practice, our activities may include:
- pilots of local common defence programmes in municipalities and districts,
- designing training plans for schools, civil society organisations and local governments,
- support in developing local concepts of distributed defence infrastructure (e.g. in cooperation with volunteer fire brigades and the police),
- advice for SMEs wishing to join the strategic production system.
Our goal is not another document to sit on a shelf, but a system that can actually be implemented and tested – and then developed nationwide.
